Or that you can get them changed later. Since you may find yourself in conflict with determined neighbors firmly in control of the association board. Who don't care that you can't see why fences have to regulated down to the quarter inch.
…about landscaping detailed down to being warned about brown patches in your yard.
…if your kids can have portable basketball hoops and swing sets. Favorite targets, in some communities they are big no-nos.
…when you can put up and have to take down your Christmas lights.
